Main Menu

The Main Menu contains all options that the current User is authorized to access based on their Role.


Home:

  • Overview: The Overview displays general information about RatePoint.

Lookup:

Location:

  • Create new Location: Allows a new Location to be created in an existing Company.
  • List all Locations: Displays all Locations.  A selection filter is available to limit the Locations to a specific set of search criteria.
  • Unmapped Locations: Displays a list of all unmapped Locations.  A selection filter is available to limit the Locations to a specific set of search criteria.
  • Import Locations:  Allows a flat file of Locations to be imported into RatePoint.
  • List All Imports: Displays a list of all Location files imported into RatePoint.

Report:

  • All Rate Changes: Displays all tax rates that were changed in the latest update.
  • Rate Changes in Location: Displays a list of all tax rates that were changed in the latest update for a particular Location.
  • City Tax Risk Report: Displays a list of all Locations mapped to a Geocode with a City Sales or Use tax.

  • Change Password: Displays a screen to change your login Password.
  • Geospatial: Displays a screen to enter or update the options to enable and define the call to the Geospatial engine.
