Main Menu

The Main Menu contains all options that the current User is authorized to access based on their Role.

List all Rates: Displays all tax rates. A selection filter is available to search by State, County, City, and Zip.
Find Rates by Zip: Displays tax rates for the selected ZIP Code.
Find Rates by Geocode: Displays tax rates for the selected Geocode.

Create new Location: Allows a new Location to be created in an existing Company.
List all Locations: Displays all Locations. A selection filter is available to limit the Locations to a specific set of search criteria.
Unmapped Locations: Displays a list of all unmapped Locations. A selection filter is available to limit the Locations to a specific set of search criteria.
Import Locations: Allows a flat file of Locations to be imported into RatePoint.
List All Imports: Displays a list of all Location files imported into RatePoint.

All Rate Changes: Displays all tax rates that were changed in the latest update.
Rate Changes in Location: Displays a list of all tax rates that were changed in the latest update for a particular Location.
City Tax Risk Report: Displays a list of all Locations mapped to a Geocode with a City Sales or Use tax.

Create new Company: Allows a new Company to be created.
List all Companies: Displays all Companies.
Create new Sub Company: Allows a new Sub Company to be created in an existing Company.
List all Sub Companies: Displays all Sub Companies.

List all Roles: Displays all system Roles. These roles come pre-defined in RatePoint and cannot be modified.
Create new User: Allows a new User to be created.
List all Users: Displays all Users.

List all Rate Updates: Displays a list of all tax rate updates performed in RatePoint.
Incremental Rate Update: Allows an incremental tax rate update file to be applied.
Replace Master Rate File: Allows the entire tax rate file to be replaced with a new master file.

Create new Translation : Allows a new Translation Mapping to be created.
List all Translations : Displays all Translations.
Import Translations : Allows a flat file of Translationss to be imported into RatePoint.
List all Imports : Displays a list of all Translations files imported into RatePoint.

Change Password: Displays a screen to change your login Password.
Geospatial : Displays a screen to enter or update the options to enable and define the call to the Geospatial engine.
