Role Level = Admin
Overview
The Update Users screen allows you change the information on an existing User. An Admin Role User may be assigned to a Company, but not a Sub Company.
Update Users Section
Description
Change the User information as required.
Fields
Field |
Definition |
Username |
The User name being updated. This is a field may not be changed. |
Password |
Enter a Password. This is a required field. |
Enabled |
Check this box to enable the User. If the User is not enabled, they will not be able to login to RatePoint. |
Role |
Select a Role to assign the User the proper menu options. |
Company |
Use the drop-down list to select the Company that the User will operate in. |
Sub Companies |
Optionally select one or more Sub Companies to limit the User Role level User to only certain Sub Companies within a Company. This list is not available for Admin Role level Users. |
